    I had a HydraFacial here. The saft were lovely and the facial itself was great however, since then i have been unable to contact anyone from the branch or even anyone from the company as a who. I think they've changed they're emails too. The phones just ring and ring and as soon as I inquiry about refunds or why i cant book another one I get ghosted. The support teams on their website will read my messages and then ignore me So, in summary. It was a great facial. but i paid 300 for one when it should have been a set of facials. If you're look to get this done. Go elsewhere. Or just book one at a time and pay on the day, in the office

    I just have to share Ive just had a Hydro Facial with the aesthetician here. Not only was it very relaxing my skin , which one hour ago was dull and lifeless , is now simply glowing . One hour and i feel transformed ,i highly recommend this treatment .I will be back for more.

    4 years after my rhinoplasty, I regret it hugely. I paid 4500 to look better and improve my confidence....huge fail! I was told by the surgeon that my nose was very big and would be hard to do(my friends and family thought my nose was fine) Anyway, he said that if my nose wasn't what i wanted he would not re operate on it. Needless to say my nose is horrible. I did not even go to any follow up appontments because of Dr Persico's comments. I would advise people to save a little bit longer and go to Harley Street

    Had open rhinoplasty at the the pines by Mr Otto viani on the 22nd july 2018 all fine cannot fault the pines procedure was fine.however aftercare disgraceful I've had one check up after the dressing came off. After 3 months i rang the jesmond clinic to ask if i could have my check up to be told my Surgeon had now left so i asked where does that leave me? The assistant replied we'll have to see if someone will take your case on!! And we'll ring you back im still waiting its been 7months now and I have a problem with my nose i have a feeling I won't be even getting my 1year check very dissatisfied with Transform this is the 2nd procedure i have had and I will not be having any more with them!
