        If you want to be spoken to in a condescending manner and feel worse after the visit, which will be at least delayed by 45mins, then go to these lot. Incompetence personified. Arrogant and forget thay they have no right to behave the way they do when they are in actual fact civil servants who are paid by the public purse. They are not God's, despite what they tell themselves in the mirror.
