        I went to Tina as had terrible problems with my hamstrings for years after 3/4 sessions I have seen a huge improvement with recovery, flexibility and no longer have the feeling mentally that my hamstring will go again. I make sure to visit fortnightly now as started CrossFit. I honestly could not recommend anyone more as a physio.

        I've been going to T.Y.Therapies for 3 months now and have noticed a massive difference. I've seen improvements in my lower back where I have historically had issues and also my shoulders which had become very tight and hunched from desk work. I would 100% recommend T.Y.Therapies to anyone!!
