Very helpful and responsive, giving helpful advice. Delivery took a while due to supply issues after the pandemic, but this was explained and the stone arrived sooner than expected, and was quickly erected and looks great.

We would (and do) recommend Richmonds to anyone who is considering buying a memorial for a loved one. The help, advice and support is second to none. Thank you so much Joe and the team for keeping us updated with progress all the way and for your expert craftsmanship. The two memorials finished recently are beautiful. The larger one, for dad and his brother, perectly mirrors our mam's memorial (which you made for us in 1996). We couldn't be happier. The smaller one (identical to mam's), marks our maternal grandparents' resting place, at Elswick, which my sister discovered while researching our family history. Must admit we both shed a few tears when we saw it.

I can fully recommend Joseph Richmond and Son, after I employed them to renovate and repair, my gran and grandads grave in Earsdon Cemetery. I visit a couple of times a year, from Shropshire. And the grave looked a sad sight. But I visited early December. After the work had been done. And the grave looks loved again. Very Happy

North Shields branch promised 2 return calls with prices,still waiting. Why do people apologise for not getting back,promise again and still ignore you?
