Had an interview for this company, firstly was given a quick 10 minute interview which seemed a bit short, but nonetheless still professional. Was then given a second interview which was a complete shambles! Taken all the way to Chester-le Street (was made to pay for my own transport!) and left in a Costa Coffee to fill in a booklet which mainly had questions about being in a managerial role (I was applying for customer service?) Was left in the Costa for over 6 hours by myself before the team of girls came to collect me and take me back to the HQ in Newcastle. On the job advertisement it was clearly stated that there was a salary, however on this day I was informed that the job was entirely commission based and that it was entirely plausible to work 40 hours in a week and go home with nothing to show for it. Was offered the job within minutes of being back at the office, meaning that the booklet I took the time to fill in was clearly not even looked at since it was long and took me hours to finish. Asked the girl who was 'training' me about the pay, saying that I thought it was salary based and was worried that I would not be financially supported without a stable income, she responded with a defensive and argumentative tone telling me it was my problem and not theirs. I ended up declining the job offer after being lied to about the pay and the rude treatment I received by staff. This 'job' is a complete waste of time and the company just seems really scammy and rude in general. Avoid at all costs!

Turned up for an interview today for a "Customer Service" position, including a base rate of pay and the chance to earn commission, as described in the advertisement. Was already wary as they company website/facebook page contains next to no information on the company or what they actually do. Turns out it's a door-to-door/canvassing company and is entirely commission based. Blatant false advertising and I feel they have completely wasted my time. Don't fall for their lies. Avoid at all cost.

This is probably the worst company to work for in the world. I know that the training that was given, was done in a Greggs Shop (sorry Greggs but you were the only quality part of the training). The training consisted of a number of exercises filling out documents that had very little relevance and numerous duplication's that question why a company mis-manage paper work. The salary that was advertised did not come anywhere near to the end payment and that you were expected to use your own petrol to travel all over with no petrol allowance and parking allowance and even ferry the manager to the chosen location (damn rude). If you want a job and are extremely desperate then work for them. My opinion-good luck
