Picnic Group

I bought 500,000 numbers from these in May 2017. The data wasn't what I asked for and unusable for my company. There were lots of dead lines, business', fax machines etc. I got promised these would be changed. The manager I bought them from Tom Armstrong then left after getting nowhere from him Lisa Kinghorn took over, she seemed very helpful at first but always had to go to her manager Sam, they said they had to investigate the issue. Sam is very hard to get hold of and when I did get hold of her she promised to change the data slowly every week. The first week they gave me 5000 numbers and it was the exact same quality as before and that was the only replacement I've been given. The numbers I have now never answer and Sam doesn't answer her emails. I've since found the company the bought the data from and they said Picnic Group didn't pay for the data to be screened for what I asked for. It's been 8 months now - Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!

Bought some data of these clowns, they now tell us it was on a 12 month contract basis. All this despite never mentioning it ever. Despite this business model, they send raw data in Excel format, seeded with addresses that are theirs. I'd use CreditSafe in future at least they don't shaft you and hide behind Ts and Cs.

The team here are brilliant, theyve really helped us with email marketing. I wasnt sure what I was doing but thanks to their advice & ideas our campaigns are now getting results that are better than ever. Everybody needs a Digital Picnic!!!

I wouldn't go anywhere else for data! Bought a few lists from Digital Picnic in the past 12 months and never had any issues (unlike other providers Ive used!!).
