        I recently attended a full-day training session on Mailchimp and found Mike to be extremely knowledgeable. Unlike other training courses I've been on, Mike's session was very hands-on and everyone on the course left having already made lots of changes to their email marketing (setting up new segments, automatons, API integrations etc).
