    I purchased a cordless mower in August last year, extremely pleased with its performance. Unfortunately it developed an annoying fault in that it cut out frequently. I raised an enquiry with Cleva as to how it might be fixed on Monday, they responded within a couple of hours and over the next couple of days corresponded with them to carry out tests to try and isolate and resolve the fault. Today, Friday, I received a replacement. Their customer service has been exemplary, if only other companies could follow their example. As such I have no hesitation in recommending them.

    Cleva Europe Ltd.My company of the decade.purchased a cordless lawnmower ( which by the way is an awesome machine ).problem occurred after a year, although it had happened previously to a lessor degree.contacted Cleva whom arranged for the delivery of a replacement machinethey couldnt have been more efficient, courteous, knowledgeable.Ive spread the word and will continue to do so whilst anyone will hear!!!
