Our first experience of Those Damn Crows was at the Riverside, Newcastle upon Tyne. Supporting Stone Broken, The Crows were outstanding, we stayed at a local hotel which enabled us to wander along the Quayside after the gig. We were fortunate enough to see the support groups leaving the Riverside. It was a very special occasion actually being able to speak to the bands. Anchor Lane had also played that night. They were also exceptional. I had a great chat with Shane Greenhall about my concerns about the future of our beloved rock music. He promised me his band would fill stadiums. I still believe him and see the Crows progression nothing short of exceptional. Our second viewing of Those Damn Crows at Think Tank was also an exceptional gig. This visit to Think Tank was not our first visit, so we knew we were in for a great night. The Crows didnt let us down. They played a blinding set which was well received by an enthusiastic crowd well up to the task. Great show guys, may your success continue.
