Went on 6th January 23 to see Paul Smith ( who was brilliant ). We asked a member of staff to close the door as it was freezing. She rudely said no that they had to let fresh air in. We had to sit with our coats on. Then during the performance there were people up and down to the bar constantly people talking loudly and some causing a disturbance. Staff stood by and did nthing. The whole performance was ruined. Should have closed the bar when the comedian was on. Terrible venue and rude staff.
