It's not an exaggeration to say that the sessions with Paul have been genuinely life changing. From defining my values and talking through potential career options to practical interview advice, Paul has helped me plan for the life I want and secure the ideal job to align with my life goals. Paul's Confidence Programme has helped me in more ways than I can explain. Having recently committed to a daunting career change I had lost a lot of my self confidence and suffered from a lot of anxiety and sleepless nights as a result. Since undergoing this programme, I and all of those around me, have noticed a dramatic change in my happiness, confidence and overall mental health.
