It's not an exaggeration to say that the sessions with Paul have been genuinely life changing. From defining my values and talking through potential career options to practical interview advice, Paul has helped me plan for the life I want and secure the ideal job to align with my life goals. I'd recommend these sessions to anyone, especially anyone who is feeling stuck or searching for a new direction. Paul's Confidence Programme has helped me in more ways than I can explain. Having recently committed to a daunting career change I had lost a lot of my self confidence and suffered from a lot of anxiety and sleepless nights as a result. Since undergoing this programme, I and all of those around me, have noticed a dramatic change in my happiness, confidence and overall mental health. Paul helped me to discover my core values and potential careers that could help me to meet these values. Each of his programmes are entirely tailored to your personal circumstances and he spent a great deal of time in helping me to prepare for interviews for new job roles- given his management experience, his input was invaluable.
