Do not use! Terrible customer service. Contacted seeking advice for a family members visa application. We were told we had to pay 400 upfront, before any advice or support could be given. Once money was paid we received 2 emails over the course of 5 months, despite countless requests for contact and questions forwarded from ourselves. Follow up complaint direct to people dealing with the case was simply ignored with nothing heard since.

This has to be one of the worst experiences. There is a common theme of lack of communication from majority of the reviews here. Our process was met with sensitive emails sent to wrong emails from Hannah to which we reminded multiple times with the correct email address. Our case was being delt with Viki - over a treacherous 4 months not once did we hear her voice on call. I found myself correcting her constantly and resolving issues by fact finding myself with the estate agent. All to which mention her lack of replies and rudeness. The estate agent , the mortgage advisor and myself were battling this firm almost everyday to work with us not against us. Mr bob brar simply does not exist - many emails sent to him pleading for his help, this was met with no further reply. They cornered us so far into the process that they started to charge us more money to complete the house SHOCKING - at this point we could not even argue it and had to settle the bill. Finally we did complete - i really dont know how I did it but thank god i had help from my mortgage advisor and estate agent. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. They have no empathetic morals to go beyond for thier clients.

extremely poor service ! I cant stress enough please do not use these solicitors even if they are cheaper than others. They made buying of a property extremely stressful and I nearly lost the property due to extremely poor communication and incomitance. you have been warned !!!!!

We were desperately trying to find a Notary as a last moment issue with our sons documents came up 2 days before a permanent move to Malaysia, Called Bob, explained our problem, he invited us straight up to meet with him, this was a Friday, he came in on the Saturday as my Wife needed to sign further documents. it was a complicated process which Bob completed in our absence, he had all paperwork Royal Mail Special delivery to my place of work in Malaysia. Without his commitment we would be stuck and our 13 year old would not be able to attend School. Fantastic Job Bob and his Team for making all arrangements, Total piece of mind!
