Absolutely delighted with my experience using Savage Silk. Myself and my partner were trying to buy our first property together and had 2 fall through due to reasons with the sellers, but finally managed to get the third one over the line. We used Savage Silk for all 3 properties and were supported throughout each and every one. With the successful purchase I was put in touch with Gillian at the Stockton on Tees office, who was dealing with our file. Gillian provided a superb service, was extremely responsive and provided advice all throughout the purchase. Charlotte who dealt with the completion was also very attentive and was always up to date with the arrangements of our file if I needed to speak to her during Gillians time out of the office.

the property we are selling has a defect with the solar panel lease which was identified and rectified swiftly with Savage Silk Law to enable the sale to go through as quickly as possible.
