Don't use for house purchase! Our mortgage offer had almost expired when we decided to withdraw as it was almost impossible to get these people to do anything! Now they want to charge us over 600 more than 6 months later! Also put the phone down on me twice, young man on reception is particularly unhelpful, Nothing more than a bunch of amateur con merchants..

No contact for 7 months, our mortgage offer ran out and the house was sold to another buyer so we lost hope, then we get hit with a bill out of no where for 660. Avoid at all costs

Had solicitor Lewes who is suffering from some sort of dementia Alzheimer's Getting my case mixed up with someone else's absolutely useless he was use a different solicitors firm

Pearson Caulfield were fantastic. We had some problems with the managing agents and our conveyancer was on them straight away. Nothing escaped her. She also gave good advice when the management fees for the building were shared and were not as initially told to us. First class service and Id happily use them again.
