The driver was particularly unpleasant. It was raining and I had an umbrella. The driver was not happy. I was not familiar with the area and did not know from the top of my head which hotel I was heading to and I had to check my notes. The driver was not happy. Upon arrival, I asked for a receipt. The driver was not happy. When I was told that the boot was open and to retrieve my bag, having stood for several moments trying to figure out how to open the most-certainly-not-open boot in the pouring rain, I asked the driver to show me how to open it. The driver was not happy. The driver chose to let me stand in the pouring rain and argue. Eventually, the driver had to come out and open the boot - but the experience left me reeling. Do not get into number 219!
