Absolutely disgusting solicitors this company is!!!! Made me wait 4 months to tell me that they can't deal with my case. Absolute shambles of a business!

Use of a outsourced switchboard / receptionist service in India does not help customer service. Agents get agressive and hostile when you request to speak to local UK offices. Call backs are not returned, it appears sensitive details and processed off shore

Thought Id be much better off by having a solicitor deal with my case, promised accommodation by these off Richard, they lied to get legal aid, once they got legal aid my help more or less stopped. Still waiting for direct help, of which I havent had. Wouldnt recommend as I have to go and get a new solicitor.
