        A+ service from start to finish. I had left two firms due to their lack of customer service skills and found the John McCarthy & Co website. I was really impressed with a statement from their website offering to answer questions before they have been instructed as in my experience, solicitors often give the impression they will charge for every word they speak! My conveyancer was Peter Harrison and I was treated like a VIP throughout the process of selling my flat. I'm sure property sales are 'basic stuff' for solicitors but I never felt like I was taking up too much of his time and he made every effort to make himself available when I called. Every email was returned and after completion, a small follow up to conclude matters was required and they offered to resolve without any bartering or delay. I'm so glad I found this firm and would highly recommend Peter Harrison from John McCarthy & Co to anyone needing conveyancing services.
