Instructed Sweeney Miller as my conveyancers for my first property purchase. Mel and her team, David and Madison, did a good job of keeping me up to date with developments. They were helpful in pressing the seller's solicitors to keep things moving. Communication via email was prompt, though there seemed to be a reluctance to communicate over the phone, which I would've appreciated on a couple of occasions, with the questions and anxieties that can come with being a first time buyer. In addition, there were a couple of instances of lapses in communication which meant I had to travel back and forth to the office to drop off signed documents. The conveyancing fee was reasonable, albeit a few hundred pounds higher than quoted by some other similarly-rated, established local firms.

We used Sweeney Miller for both our sale and purchase of our property. This was over a period of 5 months and I cannot fault the service we were provided with at all. Manny was our assigned solicitor, who we informed this was the first time wed went through a sale and purchase concurrently - and her communication was exceptional. She kept us updated with any updates and was always quick to respond to the many questions we had. The app that the firm provide is also a really nice touch to see the progress. I would highly recommend Sweeney Miller Law. They were easy to contact and would always respond quickly. We used them for conveyancing when buying a property and found that everything went smoothly. They were very professional throughout and I am planning on using them when it is time to sell.

Sweeney Miller were recommended to us for our conveyancing needs on the purchase of our first home. Stephanie was fantastic to deal with, maintained contact throughout the process. Being first time buyers we had a lot of questions however this was never a problem and we never felt bothersome. Stephanie always got back to us within a reasonable time frame. We wouldn't hesitate to use Sweeney Miller again for our future sales or purchases!
