Worst solicitors I've ever dealt with. Patricia was terrible at getting us a response in a timely manner and keeping us updated, she was also quite rude and abrupt. I can honestly say I've never known anyone have as many days off. Every time we tried to call to speak to her she was off. I wouldn't recommend to anyone, in fact I've actively recommended a few friends/family currently buying houses to AVOID. Had to make 2 complaints during the process to actually get things moving a bit, and then Patricia refused to meet our deadline for buying (we were told what we were asking was not possible but having since spoken to a few solicitors, it absolutely was possible and was seemingly laziness on True solicitor and Patricias behalf as it was coming up to the Christmas period). They made the whole process of selling and buying a house 10x more stressful, adding extra anxiety and worry onto us whilst I'm pregnant, and were completely unapologetic anytime they were challenged on their lack of action and communication. They also then sent us an incorrect invoice at the end of the process, asking for more money than we actually owed. Thank god we checked it thoroughly and didn't just trust their poor ability to manage a spreadsheet. It was corrected when we challenged it, but it does call into question how often they "accidentally" send an incorrect invoice and get away with it if people don't check it thoroughly as we did. Save yourself a load of stress and go with someone else!!!!!

I would recommend True Solicitors when buying and selling your house. I did have a nightmare buyer and a very slow seller which caused some major issues but the issues were resolved and throughout everyone I spoke to was friendly and reassuring. I did become frustrated towards the end because my sale was potentially at risk of falling through and I wasn't informed that the person dealing with my case was off work. This made it harder to find out what was going on after I felt I was fobbed off a couple of times and I wanted to see if my case could be treated as priority due to the urgency of my situation, but after a couple of emails and phone calls, this was resolved. I would still use them again as they were good value for money and always professional. Rebecca was lovely and I'm pleased with the work she did on my case.
