I don't feel like they did any work in relation to my case. I wasn't corresponded with by a partner. I saw no evidence that any letters were sent other than basic letters on an accident claim where I broke my ankle due to negligence. Absolutely nothing was challenged or argued to support me. They are lazy and you'd do well to find another firm. I'm going to as I 100% have a case.
