5* SERVICE !!!! I literally cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for hair removal!!! Laserase are the best of the best. I have Blonde hair and used lasers all my life. I never got the results I wanted despite being told I could get them. I dread to think of the money I have wasted. I am so pleased I found this company. The staff are so lovely and so professional and knowable. The result speak for themselves. I am over the moon with the service and the care I have received. Clean, beautiful clinic, PPE used. I just cannot fault this service. I cannot recommend enough x

I have had three visits to this clinic for skin tag removal, the people there are so professional and also friendly, I big thank you to Ali who makes you feel so comfortable, I am so happy with the results .

Very disappointed in the sudden drop in customer service and professionalism by the receptionists. I arrived ahead of my appointment and was greeted with yes? I gave my name and the time of my appointment and was told to take a seat. While I waited I noticed that the door to the treatment room was open and all I could hear were the receptionist chatting and laughing loudly in the reception area. The time of my appointment came and went when a female client or patient arrived and was greeted with enthusiasm. Sitting next to the reception area I could her complaining about the time it had taken her to get to the practice and she was ushered in to the treatment room. I understand that there can be emergencies and appointment times cannot always be adhered to and there ways of handling this. Ignoring a customer is not the way and I had the impression that that they were just waiting for this client who had the appointment before mine. At 5pm I decided to leave just as the therapist came to call me and I told her that my appointment was at 4:40 not 5 pm. She said she was sorry and so was I.

Lazerase staff are very helpful , I have been going there for a while. The prices are reasonable I wouldn't go any where else now.
