Gavin was professional and displayed a positive "can do" attitude where nothing seemed to be a problem. He designed and installed the decking to the highest of standards and finished the job within the timescale he specified.
Gavin was up to date and knowledgeable on all health and safety matters regarding the current pandemic situation and implemented them into his working practices.
