Absolutely gutted they're no longer in business... such lovely food and staff!! My family loved it, gutted to see in no longer in business.

Poor service today for Sunday lunch. Restaurant was not busy, but the waiting time to be served was unacceptable. One waiter walked past us several times and did not clear plates away, I needed to ask him to do it. Food was good, except for broccoli which was so hard it seemed to be raw. The wait for dessert was ridiculous so decided to call it a day. Such a shame, as its usually a very good experience in The Valentina, have been many times in the past. There was no apology about the veg being hard or the waiting time, it did not seem to bother them at all. If they want customers to return, customer service needs to improve. It they cannot cope when the place isnt full, I cannot imagine how they do when its a busy service.

Been a few times now and the last times food has came out cold. The day on the bar is always so helpful but the food has been a disappointment a couple of times now.
