I purchased some farrow and ball wallpaper online. 9 days later I got an email saying I had cancelled the order, which I hadnt. When I queried this I was told I had paid too low a price, they implied I had added a discount code, which I had not. I had emailed them a few days previously and there had been no mention at that time of the price being incorrect. Terrible unprofessional service, would never use again.

I purchased a product on the shop and put in a discount code that was found online. The company waited over a week to cancel my order without telling me, citing that I had requested this. They claimed that the discount code never should have worked in the first place and I should reorder at the higher price. I have never had a business retract my product because they got the price wrong and don't know why it took so long to work this out. Would stay away and use another interior company. My wife recently bought some wallpaper from Tangletree and, because of some unflattering reviews, was a little uncertain as to whether she was doing the right thing. As it turned out they were excellent from start to finish. Excellent response times from Customer Service too. Brilliant company. No hesitations using them again. 5 Star! Service: Interior decorating
