        BE WARNED this developer is unprofessional and although they claim to follow the consumer code for home builders they do not and have been reported for falsely advertising this. The Code states that you must be given reliable and realistic information of which this developer continuously fails to do. I wouldnt recommend this developer to anyone and would stay clear. The staff at all levels from sales, customer service, construction and supposed MDs are without doubt terrible, and it is evident how bad their internal processes are as they are reflected in the lack of service provided. Just dont do it, stay away.

        Lovely development, sales advisors were fantastic, full of knowledge and willing to help. After looking around the area, these houses really stood out for the quality and finish.
