Useless company for the amount we pay for them for services they are not able to even pick up the phone, or get back after 3 months of trying to get to them. Just disappointed by the service and inhuman treatment for ignoring people's needs. Not deserve even a one-star.

45 minutes waiting on the phone listening to violins! No answer. The portal for repairs never works as calender is full to make a date. Dreadful service.

Went into my mums property, mentioned she has a gas leak and decided not to come back and fix the problem. Has put a cap on the gas and shes in the cold for 4 days disgusting!!!

If there was no star option then others would too apalling houseing officers ne15 many famileys been subject serouis racial abuse ,homes damged windows smashd shops cars ,bins set fire achools Kids young 8 racial abuseing famileys such as go back london,u browny u blacky Houses eggd ,food thrown at them Some kids have workers dont deal it Hoiseing manger nevr deals it Not fit purpose need shutting dawn how do they thing ppl feel going threw abuse weekly ,how woild they feel if was them can not be trusted to look after street should be saked its law not to discriminate they turn blind eye protect recists .
