YHN Newcastle Housing Options Centre

Im extremely disappointed with the Service I had they very hard work I had trouble understand them on the phone the English was not good Im had very hard difficulty understanding them. I had nothing but trouble getting on the housing list I ended up filling the same forms out about 4 or 5 times. They kept on giving the wrong email to send our Forms to . When we did finally get on there we were like 60th on the list or so when we bided we just never stands a chance we never get houses or anything what I dont think is fair it a real shame because we love Newcastle waste of time getting on housing list dont get anywhere the days unfair
