        We have stayed here several times over the last few years, and it is fantastic. The front desk staff are friendly, and the breakfast team are great. Breakfast has never disappointed, and dinners are very good too. The spa facilities are so relaxing, very clean and have lovely touches like bags to put your wet costumes in. The rooms themselves are perfect for us, being big enough to feel comfortable and not causing the 2 of us to feel like we are living on top of each other. Already looking forward to our next visit

        Location is good. Room is "Ok" (no AirCon or climate control so very warm) - But rude staff, getting back into the Hotel late in the evening meant waiting outside for several minutes, constantly ringing the bell (which isn't in an obvious place) and then being interrogated by an incredibly rude member of staff. Never experienced such blatant disregard for guests... It was so ridiculously bad it was comical.
