        The reception staff where incredibly rude and obnoxious towards the group of people checking in. They charged hidden fees, told us that any food or drink would be forcefully taken away and charged a friend 40 to enter the premises and leave their suitcase in our rooms. The staff exhibited disgusting behaviour and we all felt like this hotel actively preys upon visitors and guests.
