        Great location and we got upgraded to a family room due to a cancellation and it was really nice! Welcoming and lovely staff too. A really homely feel

        We booked a two night stay mid week. The hotel location was good for the city with bus stops almost outside the building. Friendly greeting on arrival everything explained other than the location of our room. It was on the top floor. We did so, up FIVE flights of stairs! The hotel was clean and fresh. New carpets throughout Our room was small but adequate and very clean. Bathroom with walk in shower was also clean. Several good restaurants within easy walking distance. I'd definitely go back there but ask for a room lower down. Food & drinks: Only continental breakfast offered!
