Walkability: Very central: 5-10min walk from the centre of Newcastle.
Food & drinks: Offer a small selection of drinks at a reasonable price ( bit pricier than wetherspoons). Breakfast is a continental style with pastries, toast and jam. Or cooked breakfast. Dinner has a selection of vegetarian and meat dishes with dessert also available
