        We were called earlier as our father was terminal and likely to pass. It is not 24 hour access as advertised on line so they would not let us see him. The manager told us that should he die before the morning then we could just put in a complaint. A very caring remark for a hospice manager. Well done especially after she knew we had travelled over 4 hours due to train delays.
