I had the privilege yesterday of experiencing the new skill that Rachel has added to her bow....reflexology for lymphodema. It was a lovely, rewarding treatment, so relaxing, so calming and ultimately very beneficial. The following day, my leg was much less swollen as well as softer and lighter.Thankyou Rachel, see you next month!

I visited Rachel for the first time for an Indian Head Massage. She took the time to get to know me, immediately set me at ease and gave me a wonderful head massage. I couldn't believe how much better I felt afterwards. I will definitely be back soon.

I had reflexology and reiki with Rachel. She creates a very calm and secure environment and put me at ease to talk about what I hoped to get from the treatments. Afterwards I felt relaxed and definitely able to see the difference that they had made for me. Thank you Rachel, I will be visiting again soon.

Every time I leave Rachel's studio I feel like a different woman - like I am walking on air. I have been going to Rachel since the March time, and I already feel like I have experienced a big change in my joint pain and I generally feel in a much better place mentally. Thank you x
