I've ordered Holika Holika spf cream that turned out to be a cheap dupe! (Despitr me paying 24 with delivery fee) the ingredients in it are nothing like the original HH! No way of contacting them emails.are bouncing back... waste of money. Do not shop there!

As of at least July 2022 none of the phone numbers on their website work, there is no way of contacting them. Emails bounce back & no reply on facebook :(

I have been shopping online here for years but I won't be anymore. An order was sent out which never arrived because it never left the distribution centre in Newcastle. I spent half an hour on the phone with Royal Mail who verified they DON'T know where it is and that they will reimburse the sender (maskhouse) and that I should request a replacement. I contacted maskhouse whose response was "the tracking says it's on its way". Yes. Because "we lost it" is not a status update that it has as an option. But it hasn't LEFT THE SORTING OFFICE YOU TOOK IT TO 4 days ago and Royal Mail have *already* admitted it's been misplaced and offered to pay for it. "Well the tracking says it's on its way" Yes. And Royal Mail say otherwise. Which you could verify but refuse to. As a general life rule, do not shop with any company that won't acknowledge the specifics of any given situation and actively choose to ignore additional information.

Awesome online store with a really big selection of Korean skincare. They obviously have a lot of different masks, but there are other products in the mix. I love that the always have some kind of offer or a new line promotion going on, and they also have an outlet which allows me to try some items I'm not 100% sure about. Great customer service & I will definitely order more.
