Best barbers in Newcastle! He took extra care, took his time, no rushing about, and did a fantastic job! I changed barbers a few times for things like botched jobs, rude staff talking with mates, and having a pint while cutting my hair but in comparison, this place is absolutely superior! Great attention to detail, and they do appointments via Booksy which is great for anyone with social anxiety or are busy during the day. They asked so many technical questions about how I style my hair this place is so good that it makes my old Turkish Barbers look like a hair butchers. Really friendly English speaking staff, and can hold a conversation so it didnt feel socially awkward. Cycle parking is close by with a protected cycleway (John Dobson Street) so its super easy to get here by bicycle!! - a big plus! The owner is super friendly too and the staff smile which makes such a difference. They are absolutely professionals and you can tell they have been well trained. I had family say thats the best cut youve had so far! They also take student discount on certain days via appointments. - Ive heard they sometimes take walk-ins, but youre expected to book an appointment and Id recommend doing so. Thanks!

Mr Lishman himself deserves all the credit and more always finds time to fit me in as I am the worst for booking my appointments gives me a great cut and the shop is always full of banter. Always greeted and offered a cold drink on arrival by other members (Lucas and David) who are also a great asset to the team there would highly recommend this please.
