        I usually come in for just a wash and blow dry which is a nice treat, I recently went for a cut and blow dry and requested my hair to be dried with a curl if possible. The wash wash lovely and noticed not much conditioner was used, then mousse was applied and my hair dried. I did say I would just put in heated rollers at home as the stylist was struggling with the tongs, 2 staff worked on my hair. It wasn't till I got on the bus home I could smell my hair had been singed! it stunk and felt really dry, I got home washed it again covered it in conditioner and used a HEAT PROTECTOR, then styled it with no change to the appearance or condition. I left it and applied a little oil each day. I'm fighting a losing battle it has been damaged beyond repair. It is so dull, dry and has lost its wave. There have been tears, I haven't coloured or straightened my hair in 4 years!! All those years of care wiped out in 30 minutes!
