        Had my wig cut to shape by Melissa today. Lovely lady very respectful and helpful. Also warm welcome from all the staff. Would recommend this salon all day long..I will be back for my spray tan before my holidays.. Thank you all...

        I went here for my hair colour and when got there was advised not to use certain products on my hair.. however my hair is really dark and prior to me coming in for the appointment I was advised by another lady that I would need a certain treatment for the hair colour I desired. I was in the salon for nearly 6 hours because the lady doing my hair just messed up the whole thing and had to start again. Wont be going here again.

        Had my hair cut here a while ago (done by some older lady who was apparently a 'pro') and was given the following - judgement towards the quality of my hair prior, layers that I didn't ask for, and curls when I asked for it to be left straight. Won't be coming here again. Only good part was the cafe.

        Went to this salon after passing it in Gosforth. Stephanie coloured my hair and I was so impressed with the service and colour I've been back several times since for colour, cut and my hair up. Ive also recommended friends. Really comfortable atmosphere and top styling.
