        I am so unhappy with my hair after coming here. I asked to go blonde, and the hair was so so patchy afterwards. I complained when I was there, saying it looks a bit patchy here (on the side of my head) and the hair colourist physically turned my head and said well you look at your hair from this angle and turned my head so I was looking straight in the mirror. Dont really get this logic as I was paying 195 and everyone else would see the blotchiness. I finally plucked up the courage to complain via email, and I was rebooked in to try and get it fixed. I had to take another 3 hours out of my day (not to even mention the fact I was going to have more bleach put in my hair, resulting in breakage) to go back. This time I left the salon with stripy highlights. Every single person who saw my hair said it was a bit stripy but it will grow out. I know it would have grown out, but whats the point in spending so much money to get this hair do if Im waiting for it to just grow out? I emailed saying I was very unhappy with the services and I am now going to go brown because I feel so unhappy with my hair. They emailed back saying that they couldnt have achieved the look I wanted the first time going to the salon anyway as my hair was too dark. At NO point did anyone mention this to me when I was actually about to or getting my hair done. All in all a very bad experience and I have wasted my time and money. My advice would be to find a hair salon that is passionate about making clients happy. Service: Hair coloring

        Very upset today at Toni&Guy Gosforth. This was my second visit with my granddaughter who has just celebrated her 7th birthday. When I arranged her appointment I asked for childs wet trim. I was not asked her aged nor told that child prices only apply Monday, Tuesday and Wedndays so today my granddaughters long hair is 2inches shorter and my bank account 49 lighter. NEVER AGAIN
