      • Phoebe Plumbridge

        Called the council to report faulty temporary traffic lights at a 4 way junction in Heaton but apparently that is out of their scope and nothing they can do. They did not care one bit about the dangers the lack of lights was causing in the community they are meant to be maintaining, it's two busy roads and the passenger crossing was not working as well so kids were just running across the road. Who knows what the council actually does!!

        Joke of a council. No one answers any of the relevant numbers. If this was the private sector they'd all be out of a job. Lazy staff who really don't have a clue about anything going on within the city. Poorly ran Council, the whole place needs a good shake up & all the dead wood cut back. Far too many under qualified staff giving an exceptionally poor service.

        Is it normal to be put on hold for an hour when the enquiry would be solved in 30 seconds? They really are horrendous at assisting or dealing with anything (not that I got to speak to anyone).
