        "Thanks for waiting, your call is important to us" Is it though? I don't reckon it is after three separate, one hour sessions on hold with no answer. It's important to me though or I wouldn't be calling you to clear up your costly mistakes. I've written a letter instead, god knows if that will make any difference. Zero stars - An absolute joke.
