        Staff don't know their own Christmas returns policy. Got told only an exchange would be given till 31st Jan and that I couldn't have a gift card. WRONG.went to Gateshead brach and got gift card valid for 12month.Awful attitude of staff. Plus twice told something was unavailable online only to find it wasn't when I got home.
