Staff were very polite upon arrival and it appeared to be a very professional set-up. However, it's important to bear in mind that they don't provide any financial advice with regards to the different purchasing options, and that their overall price of gold is significantly above their competitors e.g bullion by post. For example, they quoted me 53 per gram when it's being traded at 48 (Royal Mint), which is approx a 10% increase. There was a lack of fundamental knowledge throughout every discussion I had and I dont think this outfit offers anyhing unique or different in comparrison to other competitors.
