        As a family we recently had a coop funeral for a family member. Our funeral was arranged through the Benwell branch & our funeral director was Chris Anthony. I cant praise Chris & all the staff highly enough.They were so compassionate, caring & professional throughout the whole experience. We were guided through every step & felt fully supported Excellent customer care & they deserve to be recognised for their outstanding service

        Went to visit my late uncle in the chapel here the lady on the reception was not very welcoming and when showing me into the viewing room had to double check who I was there to see very unprofessional. The viewing room was also ridiculous it was like standing in a cupboard in the dark you were literally nearly on top of the coffin as the room is that small. Didnt like the place at all very different to last time I viewed a family member in chapel at a different funeral home.
