I couldnt thank John Bardgett & Sons for giving my Dad the perfect care and funeral service that we will never forget forever. Mark McGurk and his team have been so amazing from start to finish, made a very difficult time so much easier for me and my family. They have been so compassionate and professional also made us feel very supported throughout. Again thank you so much!

The lady who I dealt with was called Louise I found her very compassionate and everything was explained to me she was there every step of the way and I couldnt fault anything thank you lovely lady

I was very pleased with the support that we received from Louise though out the whole process from making arrangements for my step fathers funeral and the support and help I received all the way through the process Louise went above and beyond to give us help and support and I could not thank her enough for all she has done all I can say is that Louise is one very special lady and Bardgett and sons are very lucky to have someone like Louise.

Mark and the team made what could have been a difficult and traumatic process as easy as possible. They handled my dad's funeral with tact and kindness, and Mark dealt with some specific issues with great sensitivity. They (including another colleague at the West Road branch - sorry, I can't remember her name) went above and beyond to help us (opening up the office especially for me to collect the orders of service, for example). I thoroughly recommend John Bardgett and Sons - thank you for everything you did for us.
