I first came into contact with one during lockdown and it seemed the perfect solution to managing to continue training at home while not turning the whole house into a commercial gym with piles of weights and accessories everywhere.
Since lockdown ended the OVO has continued to play a big part in my fitness regime, its versatility and robustness (is at home in my lounge as it is on a beach) makes it a real winner.
