What's going on in this subway branch, the food on show looks old, tomatoes are sitting in inches of water, the bread if your lucky enough to get the choice you want is part baked, went today they had no olives, no onion mayo, which is very disappointing, I suggested that there should be a price reduction when they don't have what you want as they are quick enough to charge us extra if we dare ask for more, but was advised the menu was changing next week but that dosnt fill my sandwich up today , very disappointed again in a subway branch, they are going down hill rapidly. Vegetarian options: Definitely would not buy sandwich if I was a vegetarian as they do not change gloves after handling meat and then touching cheese and salad, totally contaminated.

Visited in the week before xmas. An absolute shambles. Still can't take card payment. Went in early lunchtime, didn't have the bread I wanted, didn't have the filling I wanted. It took 15 minutes for the 2 people in front of to get served. The 2 ladies serving were all over the place (maybe they hadn't been trained). The place was a mess. I have used subways all over the country and this has to be the worst. Won't be going back.

My wife and I called in following a shopping trip in Tesco. I am Gluten intolerant and I knew that Subway do a gluten free bread but I have to check the allergy advice for the fillings. When looking for the allergy advice sticker the allergy advice sticker was positioned on the glass was placed in the most inaccessible place possible. It was placed on the glass at the far end of the main serving area and a large crisp stand placed in front of this so it was impossible to read. I pointed this out to a young person serving and they agreed this was a pathetic place to put an important customer piece of information. The place was filthy a black wire was hanging out of the ceiling, there was high level dust that had been there for a while, the floor was littered with food remains and. The refrigerated display cabinet had various toppings all over the place. The service was extremely slow and it was obvious that Subway had not inspected this licensed premises in a good while a they would of not been happy what this was doing for there brand. The only reason I have written this review is this is the first time ever we have seen a Subway in such a state. The only reason for the second star is that you serve a gluten free bread.
