        I would vote 0 if I could - ordered on the app for collection to arrive to an extremely rude boy named Hugh. Showed him my collection reference to be told cant do it, have nothing in stock then turned his back as he continued to slam his phone down and bashing his fingers on a screen. When questioned for a refund I was told no, youll have to do it through the app. Literally no way of doing this and practically impossible to reach customer services. To make it worse he marked my 8 order as collected and I never even got it. When I told him he was acting extremely poorly, his answer was dont care - not bothered. For a moment I thought, surely I am not hearing what I think I am. Absolutely disgusting customer service, the boy really should reconsider his place of work because he is NOT cut of for a customer facing role. Quite possibly the most rudest, vile and unhelpful encounter with a human being that I have ever experienced. Avoid at all costs as it truly ruined my dinner hour - should be ashamed of themselves.
