From start to finish, I could tell that I was in professional hands. My grandmother in law is in her 80's and found it hard to get the help she needed so I stepped in, luckily this company was the first I contacted through Check A Trade and after reading the reviews, I made the call. The women over the phone listened to my problem and arranged the engineer visit, she was up front with the costs and very honest about what to expect on the date. On the date of the visit I got a curtesy call in the morning, then a text message from the company saying my engineer was on there way, which aloud me to contact my farther in law to go around to the house for support. Later my farther in law rang me and said he was deleted with the engineer who was very polite and perfectional, the problem was quickly resolved and advice was given. Overall I am so pleased I used this company and I would highly recommend them.

Very professional service and response was in a few hours. Clean tidy work after finishing the drains. The problem was not our drain so they have contacted water board given us a very good discount for the work they did as it was much less than expected amd the water board have arrived to clear the main public drain. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and will use again if needed. They called us really promptly to say the engineer would arrive and we got a knock on the door in minutes after. The water board arrived only 2 hours after this company contacted them.

Fantastic service and very professional. Rang 3.15 pm they arrived just after 4 30 pm. Cleared 3 drains and checked for blockages further in the system. Very fair pricing and great customer service. Very friendly, really pleased with the service, Highly recommend this firm
