I don't go to this place myself but my sister does and she had an interview on a Tuesday and she was really ill with the flu so on Monday she messaged her advisor (not sure of his name) and about 4 hours later he rang her and literally FORCED her to go to the interview. This is NOT right. She was really ill and she could have also spread it to someone else who could then have spread it more and as far as her advisor knew she could have had Covid so although they seem nice some of them aren't. She came home after her interview even more ill than she had been. Very angry about this and if someone is ill then she should actually be allowed to be ill and not forced to go to an interview

We've been working with Reed who have been helping us to recruit care staff. All of the team are friendly and helpful and we are having a very positive working relationship with them.

Can highly recommended, friendly knowledable caring staff, who help and inspire confidence. Even if you think there's a slim chance of them being able to help you, give them a call. You will be surprised.

I have been attending reed in partnership for a while now and my advisor Gillian Glindon is amazing, she has been extremely understanding with the health issues i have had, and always very supportive with helping me get back into work.

The branch at Newcastle are the most incompetent group of people I have even known. They don't have a clue what they are doing, the information they give is a load of rubbish and rarely even true. The amount of times I have been told I was in for a jobs fair or had an interview and either there wasn't one scheduled or it was filled with nothing but agencies for companies I would never have interest in. The other day I was almost an hour late to Job Centre as wouldn't let me leave a jobs information session, when I previously told them I wasn't interested in this particular line of work. I am so sick of them and honestly can't wait to be done with them and never have to deal with their incompetence again they make getting a job harder as you have to work around their schedule.
