        First class service, friendly and professional. Paul installed a Zappi EV charger for me. The initial installation took longer than expected and in the end it didn't work. I have to stress here the unit was faulty and it had nothing to do with anything Paul had done. I received a replacement charger today and Paul was out to fit it in a few hours. The new one works perfectly now. Thanks Paul for your quick response once the new charger arrived. Some people would have left me waiting for weeks if they had the already been paid!
